Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong focus on the Payroll module. You will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module.
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  
• Configure and test payroll elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, costing, and retro-pay setups.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., tax updates, local labor laws).
  
• Conduct payroll parallel runs and reconciliation during implementation and rollouts.
  
• Support payroll operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT.
  
• Stay updated on Oracle product releases, patches, and new functionalities.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in Payroll.
  
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, fast formulas, and payroll compliance.
  
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Time and Attendance, Benefits).
  
• Experience in conducting UAT, system testing, and payroll validation.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Payroll.
  
• Experience with Oracle HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher Reports.
  
• Familiarity with global payroll or multi-country implementations.
  
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
