Job Description

Job Title:

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including
GL, AR, FA, CM, and PA
.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations and reports using
PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI,
and
PaaS
.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend enhancements.
Ensure compliance with financial and accounting best practices in all system configurations and customizations.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in
Oracle Fusion Financials
implementation and support.
Strong functional knowledge of
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM),
and
Project Accounting (PA)
.
Hands-on experience with
PL/SQL, OIC, BIP, OTBI,
and
PaaS
.
Solid understanding of
financial and accounting processes
.
Excellent
analytical, troubleshooting, and communication
skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
