Oracle Fusion Functional Lead Consultant

Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Support Lead specializing in R2R/P2P/I2C at Manpower Group, you will play a crucial role in managing Oracle Fusion Finance modules production support for a group from offshore. Your responsibilities will include configuration activities related to Intercompany Setup, GL, AP, I-expense, SLA, AR, FA, CM, EB Tax, PO, iProcurement, and more. You will be tasked with overseeing the technology support for R2R/P2P/I2C processes, leading a team to ensure the production support of Oracle Fusion Applications, and collaborating with the implementation team to enhance current support processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Oracle Fusion Finance modules production support for a group from offshore - Perform configuration activities related to various modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, EB Tax, and more - Oversee technology support for R2R/P2P/I2C processes - Lead a team to ensure production support of Oracle Fusion Applications - Collaborate with the implementation team to enhance current support processes - Support business users on issues in R2R/P2P/I2C processes, monthly close cycles, and interfaces with external systems - Maintain the global template for R2R/P2P/I2C - Organize regular Service Review meetings and provide status reports to internal management - Drive Business Process Excellence and seek continuous improvement in processes Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree - Solid understanding of Accounting in Oracle Cloud and Accounting processes - 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Functional or Techno-Functional areas - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules and configurations - Familiarity with FCCS/EDM is a plus - Understanding of SOD and SOX - Ability to work in a team and leadership skills,
