Oracle Fusion ERP Delivery Leader

As a leader of the delivery team at Oracle, your role involves managing and guiding the team through the entire implementation life cycle to ensure customers effectively utilize Oracle's products. Your responsibilities may include overseeing specific accounts, regions, products, or a combination of these. You will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, developing, coaching, and motivating multiple Account Management and Technical delivery resources to achieve or surpass customer objectives. Your main goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction with Oracle's products and implementation services, leading to long-term profitability and continuous revenue streams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a delivery team to provide guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation life cycle. - Define responsibilities based on named accounts, geography, products/solutions, or a combination. - Recruit, retain, develop, coach, motivate, and manage multiple Account Management and Technical delivery resources. - Ensure customer objectives are met or exceeded. - Drive high satisfaction with Oracle's products and implementation services. - Maintain referenceability for sustained profitable revenue streams in the long term. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in leadership and management roles. - Strong ability to recruit, retain, and develop talent. - Excellent coaching and motivation skills. - Prior experience in Account Management and Technical delivery is a plus. - Ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.,
