Role Synopsis

CARE Hospitals is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SCM solutions, optimize business processes, and ensure seamless project execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to align solutions with CARE Hospitals strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Application Configuration and Support

• Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Product Hub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, mapping them to Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing support to ensure user adoption and system efficiency.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion SCM with enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms.
• Design and customize BI Publisher reports, FBDI templates, and OTBI analytics to meet business reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating to Oracle Support when necessary.
• Ensure data migration, reporting, and analytics align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Project Management

• Own and execute the project management plan, including stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategies.
• Prepare and review configuration documents (e.g., BR100, BRDs, MD050) to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality assurance throughout the implementation process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize SCM processes and system performance.

Key Requirements

• Experience

  : 46 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules, including at least one full-cycle implementation.

• Technical Expertise

  : Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Product Hub) and integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Business Acumen

  : Deep understanding of supply chain processes, best practices, and their application in a healthcare context.

• Analytical Skills

  : Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.

• Communication

  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present solutions effectively.

• Education

  : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Oracle Fusion SCM or OIC certifications are highly desirable.

• Problem-Solving

  : Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle PaaS extensions, including customizations and workflows.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies for project execution.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools to support SCM decision-making.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-specific supply chain processes.
