Detailed JD The consultant must have 5-7 years of experience in implementing Oracle fusion B2B Service Cloud Must be experienced in all the phases of implementation i.e. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and training Should have worked on Service request management, Knowledge management Good knowledge in groovy script Expertise in configuring and customizing objects, fields, layouts and validations, Object Workflows Knowledge on Contract and assets management Knowledge in OTBI reporting Should have worked on integrations Must have worked in Client facing roles and should have good communication skills This job is provided by Shine.com
