Job Description:
Primary Skills:
Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialists, Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Benefits, Compensation, Core HR), should have complete 3 end to end Oracle HCM implementations
Secondary Skills:
HR Processes
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with minimum 8-12 years of experience with SME
End to end exp on working with Implementation projects. Look for candidate who has worked on implementation project.
1) Good understanding of the Business Processes and Compensation Summary
2) Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules3) Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes4) Ability to build/review functional design specification documents5) Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports6) Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules7) Has worked with small and large teams8) Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
