Oracle Financials Consultant

As an Oracle Financials Consultant, your role will involve leading and participating in Oracle Financials implementation, configuration, and support activities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will customize and configure Oracle Financials modules to meet specific business needs. Your responsibilities will also include providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, conducting end-user training, and preparing documentation. It is crucial to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in Oracle Financials implementation, configuration, and support activities. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Customize and configure Oracle Financials modules to meet business needs. - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues. - Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications Required: - 57 years of overall experience in Oracle Financials. - Strong expertise in Oracle Financials R12 and/or Oracle Financials 11i. - Completion of 23 full-cycle implementation projects successfully. - Solid understanding of financial modules and related business processes. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The company prefers on-site work mode at the client location in Bangalore and immediate joiners are preferred. Your skills in Oracle Financials 11i, Oracle Financials R12, communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, troubleshooting skills, and financial modules will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.,
