Oracle Financials Consultant

As an Oracle Financials Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and participating in Oracle Financials implementation, configuration, and support activities. Your main tasks will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, customizing and configuring Oracle Financials modules to meet business needs, providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, conducting end-user training, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong expertise in Oracle Financials R12 and/or Oracle Financials 11i. You should have successfully completed at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects and possess a solid understanding of financial modules and related business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. This position requires you to work on-site at the client location in Bangalore. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.
