Oracle ERP Analyst 1 (P2P Systems Operations) - Officer

Role Overview: As a Project Analyst 1 at our company, you will be a trainee professional with a good understanding of processes, procedures, and systems related to your assigned tasks. You will be expected to make evaluative judgments based on factual information and resolve problems by applying your technical experience. Your impact on the business will be limited to your own job, but you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing existing applications and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and maintain apps support procedures and concepts, while identifying enhancements and making recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to gather requirements and coordinate with the development team for implementation. - Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshoot root causes of issues for Oracle AP, OCR, and other financial modules. - Take ownership of issues and work with business users and the development team to find resolutions. - Modify configuration of Oracle modules and implement enhancements or fixes based on system logic analysis. - Formulate scope and objectives for changes, document requirements, and partner with appropriate development and production support areas. - Participate in validation and testing activities, assess the applicability of previous experiences, and exchange ideas and information in a concise manner. - Perform other assigned duties and functions. Qualifications: - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules. - Good exposure to AP, OCR, and Invoice ingestion, as well as data archival and disposal activities. - Experience in at least 2 data migration and disposal programs. - Effective communicator with participation in process improvements. - Ability to work under pressure, analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure. - Good interpersonal and communication skills, a great teammate.
