Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle FCCS solutions focusing on financial close, consolidation, and regulatory reporting processes.
Work with multi-GAAP and multi-currency financial consolidation applications.
Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, consolidation methods, eliminations, disclosure requirements, and Chart of Accounts configurations.
Translate business requirements into effective FCCS solutions, including prototype building, process and scenario design, flow mapping, testing leadership, user training, and post-go-live support.
Manage EPMA and Classic application components and understand interrelationships within the Oracle Hyperion suite.
Provide best-practice recommendations aligned with application capabilities.
Collaborate on monthly close cycles, maintaining end-user web forms, business rules, and data validation processes.
Utilize FDMEE/Data Management for data integrations and work with Supplemental Data Management and Close Manager modules.
Create financial reports and narrative reporting content tailored to business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through tools like ServiceNow; manage system business rules, data load procedures, and automation scripts on Windows/Unix platforms.
Lead project activities and contribute to cross-functional COE initiatives.
Handle escalation and risk management with a proactive approach.
Prepare and deliver end-user training and release patch documentation efficiently.
Manage ARCS profiles, formats, reconciliations, transaction matching, reconciliations, reporting, and SQL scripting for automated reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills:

5-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS implementations and support.
Strong functional understanding of financial close and consolidation processes in multi-currency and multi-GAAP environments.
Expertise in EPMA, Classic application, FDMEE/Data Management, Supplemental Data Management, Close Manager, and ARCS modules.
Experience in financial statement preparation, eliminations, consolidations, and reporting.
Proficient in troubleshooting, automation scripting, and SQL scripting within Oracle EPM environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, training, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across teams and domains.
