Oracle EPM EPBCS Techno Functional Consultant

As an experienced Oracle EPM consultant, your role will involve leading EPBCS implementations, developing Narrative Reporting solutions, and supporting enterprise financial planning & consolidation processes. You will be responsible for: - Leading end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations including Financials, Workforce, and Capex modules. - Designing and configuring Narrative Reporting solutions for management and board reporting. - Building WebForms, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Security models. - Managing data integrations, pipelines, and automation using EPMAutomate. - Collaborating with Finance/FP&A teams for requirements gathering and solution delivery. - Troubleshooting metadata, data loads, and performance optimization. - Providing user training and support for EPM Cloud applications. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following skills: - 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience in both Cloud & On-Premise environments. - Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPBCS/PBCS implementation. - Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting. - Proficiency in Business Rules, Groovy scripting, Smart View, and Task Manager. - Data integration experience including Data Management, Pipelines, and file-based loads. - Knowledge of EPMAutomate and batch scripting. - Intermediate Finance domain knowledge in FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting. Additionally, the following skills would be considered advantageous: - Experience with FCCS including consolidations, close management, and intercompany eliminations. - Exposure to Tax Reporting or Profitability & Cost Management modules. - Experience in large-scale, multinational EPM implementations. - Proficiency in SQL scripting and advanced automation capabilities. - Previous involvement in finance transformation projects. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. Possessing Oracle EPM Cloud certifications is preferred. Please note that this position is based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, and the work mode involves working from the office during the 2 PM to 11 PM shift.,
