Position Overview

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and design end-to-end solutions within Oracle EBS R12 (SCM and Finance modules)
• Provide techno-functional expertise across modules including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Tax
• Develop and maintain technical components such as PL/SQL packages, interfaces, conversions, extensions, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and workflows (RICEW objects) including strong knowledge in various performance tuning techniques
• Proficient in Solution Design and Architecture including creating high-level and detailed technical specifications, adhering to best practices in scalability, performance, maintenance and security
• Strong knowledge of solutions configuration, solution modelling and data modelling including the use of diagrams, test scripts and build scripts aligned with industry standards
• Configure setups in Oracle EBS to support new business processes or enhancements while ensuring system integrity and best practices.
• Support month-end/quarter-end financial close and supply chain operations by troubleshooting application and interface issues.
• Monitor and resolve issues in inbound/outbound integrations, particularly with third-party systems.
• Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, assisting users with validation and preparing documentation.
• Perform data migration activities using tools like FBDI, Web ADI, and SQL Loader.
• Collaborate with DBAs, application support teams, and business users to ensure smooth production operations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users, ensuring seamless adoption of new functionality

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of overall experience in Oracle EBS, with strong techno-functional expertise in both SCM and Finance modules.
• Proficiency in

  functional flows

  : Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Financial Period Close, and Inventory Management.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in

  Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Forms, Reports, and Workflows

  .
• Experience with building RICEW objects, APIs, and integrating EBS with external systems.
• In-depth experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions and personalization (preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting impacts and financial reporting within Oracle EBS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in resolving production issues, data fixes, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Adept at creating and managing key AIM documentation methodologies such as BR100, MD050, MD070, CV050
• Ability to lead and mentor functional and cross-functional teams and provide level 3 support for critical issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x implementations, upgrades and patching
• Knowledge of SLA (Subledger Accounting) rules setup and multi-org structures.
• Exposure to AIM/MD50 documentation standards and Agile methodology project delivery.

Education

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) credentials in E-Business Suite are an added advantage.

Travel

• Travel may require as per customer required location and require time-frame and to attend critical project milestones
