Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance - Technical & Functional Consultant Experience: 8 - 17 years Location: Chennai and Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 8 - 17 years of techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive technical solutions, and support key business processes across Finance and SCM modules . Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows based on business needs. Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and provide optimal system configurations. Troubleshoot and provide Level 2 production support, ensuring minimal downtime. Monitor system health, evaluate scripts, and perform maintenance tasks. Work with Oracle Development Tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OAF). Ensure compliance with SOX and IT general controls over the production environment. Mentor and lead a team of technical and functional experts. Required Skills & Experience: 8 - 17 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS (11i/R12). Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher . Expertise in Implementations (end to end) and support projects. 8+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder & Unix-based OS. Strong hands-on Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) and SCM Modules (added advantage). Ability to multitask, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with business users. Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience in EDI, Order Management, and Pricing modules. Ability to stay updated with Oracles technology roadmap and implement best practices.
