Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Inventory & Order Management Consultant with 6+ years of consulting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM) modules, with proven experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities


  • Work with clients to gather business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS functionalities.

  • Implement, configure, and support Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM) modules.

  • Provide end-to-end support for order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.

  • Handle functional setup for inventory, item management, order processing, shipping, and returns.

  • Assist in data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and SCM).

  • Troubleshoot production issues, provide root cause analysis, and work with technical teams for resolutions.

  • Deliver functional documentation, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to business users.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in Oracle EBS.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM) modules.

  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flows.

  • Familiarity with shipping, advanced pricing, returns (RMA) processes.

  • Good understanding of integration between INV/OM and other modules (Finance, Purchasing, WMS, Manufacturing).

  • Ability to prepare functional design documents, perform gap analysis, and support customizations.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.


Nice to Have


  • Exposure to R12 upgrades and patching.

  • Basic SQL knowledge for functional troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory).
