Role involves implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle HRMS, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of oracle HRMS modules along with the technical expertise to customize, extend, and integrate solution using oracle technologies. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into Oracle EBS HRMS solutions. Implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle HRMS modules to meet business needs, including Core HR, HR, Payroll, Benefits and Self-Service. Preparing configuration documents, functional specifications, and end-user manuals, and providing training to end-users. Working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore teams to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of oracle HRMS modules along with the technical expertise to customize, extend, and integrate solution using oracle technologies.
