Oracle EBS and Cloud ERP Project Manager

Role Overview: As an Oracle EBS and Cloud ERP Project Manager at Heuristics Informatics Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing ERP implementations, providing technical and functional guidance, managing project budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle services to clients. This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead project teams specializing in Oracle EBS and Cloud ERP/HCM Cloud - Act as an internal quality control check for the project - Ensure project documents are complete, current, and signed-off by all stakeholders - Establish effective communication channels with various business functions and address business concerns promptly - Provide day-to-day direction to project resources - Ensure the project meets agreed-upon scope, schedule, and quality measures - Offer on-site management, functional, and technical expertise to achieve project deliverables - Identify and implement appropriate solutions to business problems - Challenge existing business practices and proposed solutions to optimize outcomes - Collaborate with global business process owners to define requirements, draft test cases, and plan cut-over activities - Identify and pursue additional projects with customers and develop Statements of Work - Regularly report project progress, risks, and opportunities to HIPL management Qualifications: - Proficiency in analytical skills, ERP implementations, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Knowledge of budgeting and business processes - Experience in Oracle EBS and Cloud ERP Project Management - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Capability to work effectively in a team environment - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
