Oracle Forms and Reports Developer

Hybrid

Any Hexaware location

Job Details:

Evaluate existing Oracle Forms and Reports applications, identify migration challenges, and design the architecture for the Oracle 12c environment.
Execute the migration process from legacy versions (e.g., Oracle 6i) to Oracle 12c, which may involve rewriting or adapting code and components.
Develop and customize Oracle Forms, Reports, and backend PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers within the 12c platform.
Perform thorough testing to ensure all migrated forms and reports function correctly, meet user requirements, and are bug-free.
Deploy the upgraded applications into the production environment, ensuring smooth integration with the 12c infrastructure.
Optimize application performance by tuning SQL queries, PL/SQL code, and leveraging new 12c features for better speed and efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, functional solutions.
Adhere to and maintain coding standards, security protocols, and documentation best practices throughout the migration process.
