Oracle Demand & Supply Planning Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Support Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure managementCollect data from Fusion and internal system, troubleshooting failuresSupport supply planning processes like MPR and constrained/unconstrained planningUtilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomesLead E2E Planning Integrated Business CyclesResolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, Supply/demand reconciliation issues etcExecute quarterly patching testing and validationsReceive, analyze & prioritize support tickets related to Oracle Demand Planning Processes including CTO forecasting and planning measure managementPerform initial assessment of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal and external systemsTriage failures and route to appropriate support teams/On-callsDocument and categorize supply planning process like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planningIdentify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs and BIP reportsMonitor & Coordinate support for E2E planning integrated Business CyclesManage incident tickets related to support E2E Oracle SCPTrack and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs

Requirements:
5+ experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & Global Order Promising solutionsStrong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologiesProficiency in data collections and integration between systemsKnowledge of MRP and planning processExperience with REST APIs and BIP reportingGood Understanding of integrated planning business cyclesStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAbility to manage quarterly patch testing processesExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Qualifications:
Technical aptitude with data models, BIP and system integration(REST APIs etc.)Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
