Job Description

As an Oracle Delivery / Application Support Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end Oracle Cloud Projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with vendor teams, making informed decisions, and providing practical solutions to complex challenges. Your ability to analyze business requirements and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be vital. You will work closely with stakeholders across IT and business user groups to support a comprehensive end-to-end trading platform. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure alignment of Oracle Project Delivery with high-level Business and Trading IT objectives. - Manage and support the current Production instance while overseeing new implementations. - Monitor project progress, including RAID logs, project plans, budget, and resource allocation. - Identify and mitigate risks, handle dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary. - Utilize tools like JIRA for tracking Epics, Stories, and Defects. - Enforce incremental project phases and early validation activities to reduce risks and facilitate continuous improvement. - Establish QA processes throughout the project lifecycle to prevent defects. - Engage business stakeholders for successful UAT planning and execution. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on assurance activities. Desired Skill Set: - Proficiency in planning and executing Oracle projects within defined timelines and budgets. - Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Technical landscape. - Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery with external applications. - Ability to manage Functional and Technical delivery with Oracle leads. - Strong working relationships with business user groups. - Collaboration with vendor partners for Project deliverables. - Cooperation with the Oracle Product Team for issue resolution. Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience and at least 5 years in Fusion cloud. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field. - Preferred understanding of commodities trading or other trading domains.
