Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle DBA with 6-10 years of experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database design, data modeling, and performance tuning.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement database architectures to support business requirements.
Develop and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing strategies.
Automate backup and purging processes to ensure data safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure compliance with database security and access control policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, Postgres, and database design principles.
Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and ETL processes.
Ability to automate backup and purging processes using various tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
