Oracle Data Integrator-TL

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of enterprise-grade data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). As the Application Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring delivery excellence, technical quality, and alignment with business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Providing direction and mentorship to developers and data engineers. - Ensuring that data integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues and achieve project milestones. - Overseeing project timelines, risk management, and quality assurance. - Encouraging continuous improvement and technical upskilling within the team. Qualifications required for this role are: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and integration methodologies. - Experience with Oracle 12c/19c, OBIEE, Goldengate, AWS DMS, Kafka, and NoSQL databases. - Solid SQL and database management skills. - Exposure to real-time analytics and Elastic Stack is desirable. - Understanding of Google Analytics data structures, APIs, and data extraction methods. - Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Bachelors degree or higher (minimum 15 years of full-time education). Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in cloud-based data integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP), familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and exposure to performance tuning and optimization in high-volume data environments.
