Oracle CPQ Developer

As a member of the Product Orderability group at Motorola Solutions, your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand product requirements and convert them into detailed documents for ordering systems such as Oracle CPQ, Oracle R12 Configurator, MOL, and COF. Your responsibilities will include ensuring defect-free and orderable product configurations in the systems, finalizing Parts setup and BOM structure, and providing support to cross-functional teams. You will partner with developers for testing, work with the factory to ensure correct product configuration setup, and gather requirements from key stakeholders for ERP/CRM implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Translate product requirements into detailed documents for ordering systems - Ensure defect-free and orderable product configurations in Oracle CPQ, Oracle R12 Configurator, MOL, and COF - Finalize Parts setup and BOM structure in Agile/EBS - Collaborate with developers for testing and implementation - Work with the factory to ensure error-free Sales Orders processing - Gather and analyze requirements from various teams for ERP/CRM implementations - Drive SKU reduction, product cancellation analysis, and process simplification - Create test plans, cases, and scripts for verifying configuration changes - Update Requirement documents as needed - Ensure compliance with Product Compliance requirements and Orderability UX standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience or a Master's Degree - CPQ Certification - Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Oracle CPQ, EBS, and Agile PLM - Prior experience in SKU and Product Structure optimization - Knowledge of Telecommunication domain - Proficiency in software programming languages like SQL, PL/SQL, Google Script - Experience in process optimization and automation using technologies like RPA, AI - Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems like Oracle - Experience in managing teams with Agile methodology - Familiarity with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence - Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with remote teams in a global environment At Motorola Solutions, we value a people-first and community-focused culture, where every individual is encouraged to be their authentic self and deliver their best work towards creating a safer world.
