Job Description

As an Oracle CPQ Consultant at NTT DATA in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing and architecting end-to-end Oracle CPQ solutions that align with client business requirements and integrate with other systems like CRM and ERP. - Conducting workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to understand current processes and gather detailed business requirements. - Configuring and customizing Oracle CPQ to meet specific client needs, including objects, workflows, rules, and reporting. - Managing and executing Business Markup Language (BML) and Groovy scripting for creating and managing business rules. - Leading the design and development of integrations with other Oracle and non-cloud systems to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture blueprints, and integration specifications. - Leading and managing various phases of the CPQ implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design to testing and deployment. - Facilitating communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, and managing client expectations effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science degree. - Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architect in an Enterprise setting. - Experience with project life cycle management tools like Microsoft Visual Studio DevOps and JIRA. - Experience in working with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet. Key competencies and skills needed for this role are: - Ability to communicate effectively, build consensus, facilitate working sessions, and negotiate solutions and alternatives. - Deep expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology and its features. - Strong understanding of BML and Groovy scripting for rule creation and management. - Experience in designing and implementing CPQ solutions, including integration with CRM and ERP systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and develop future state recommendations for CPQ solutions. - Knowledge of order-to-cash processes will be an added advantage. - Experience in working and executing projects using Agile methodologies.
