We are looking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle PPM modules, and the ability to collaborate/communicate with stakeholders for a successful cloud implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business users to understand Budget and financial processes and configure PPM modules accordingly.
• Implement and optimize key PPM modules, including:

1. Project Management (planning, scheduling, collaboration)

2. Project Costing & Billing (cost tracking, revenue recognition, invoicing)

3. Project Control & Forecasting (budgeting, financial planning, analytics)

4. Grants Management (funding, compliance, reporting)

5. Resource & Task Management (capacity planning, time tracking)

• Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Financials Cloud and ERP modules for project accounting and reporting.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle PPM Cloud.
• Conduct system testing, UAT sessions, and go-live support to ensure a successful deployment.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and provide impact assessments for ongoing system improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams for data migration, custom reporting, and API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Projects with atleast 2+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM
• Strong functional expertise in project management, project costing, billing, and financial tracking.
• Experience in configuring and implementing Oracle PPM Cloud modules. Hands-on experience in Oracle PPM reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).
• Knowledge of integration with Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Time & Labor).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud PPM Certification is a plus.
