Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have Skills : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration Good to Have Skills : Oracle VM, Linux Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Skills: OCI ,Linux/OVM A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in Infrastructure installation, configuration and support of OCI administration Build, provision, onboard, administration, and support of Linux Virtual VMs on Virtualization/cloud platform such as private cloud appliance PCA Linux system administration/support for mission-critical systems OEL-Oracle Linux/RedHat Deploy Container based workloads using Docker or Kubernetes Managing OCI Compartments and Provisioning services across Technical Experience : Network Security Groups and Public Load Balancer provisioning. Security list, Ingress, Egress, Subnets, SSL, Route Table configurations within OCI and managing applications in multi-tenant layers. Involved in Configuring Oracle Cloud Services Backups and Object Storage Strong understanding of Oracle cloud security and integration security Day to Day involvement in provisioning storage, compute nodes, network. and understanding requirements for the same. Knowledge of monitoring tools like OEM/OMC/Splunk/HP/Grafana etc is an added advantage. Understanding and hands on experience of HA architecture in an OCI environment.
