Oracle cloud HCM Functional

We are urgently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional professional with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune. The ideal candidate must possess expertise and hands-on experience in various modules including Global HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management, Approval Workflows, Checklist, and Journeys within Oracle Cloud HCM. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in performing quick HDL loads for data and configuration issue resolutions. - Ability to write simple SQL queries and generate reports to support functional analysis. - Knowledge of personalization and exposure to redwood features is desirable. - Experience in Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Benefits module is preferred. - Analyze Oracle release notes and effectively communicate relevant features to business teams. - Proactive in addressing issues arising from regular support and enhancement tasks for clients. - Identify opportunities for process automation and value addition for clients through business process analysis. - Thorough understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow. - Strong communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management are essential. - Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues and interact with clients regularly on work efforts and deliverables.
