You will be responsible for providing business application implementation, ongoing support, and continuous improvement on all project construction areas using the Oracle application and technology platform as a functional expertise. Your primary goal will be to ensure the business operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively by leveraging innovative technology solutions and best practices. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Projects Functional role, you will need to have expertise in Talent Management and recruitment module, along with at least 1 end-to-end implementation life cycle for Oracle HCM Project. Your role will involve leading end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions, configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into functional specifications. You will be expected to provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and industry standards, conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration with other systems, and manage post-implementation support and maintenance activities. Your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules will be essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines. An Oracle HCM certification is highly desirable for this role.
