Total Years of Experience: 7 to 9 yrs. Relevant years of Experience: 5 to 6 yrs. Mandatory Skills: Oracle HCM - Compensation. Detailed Job Description: 1) Design and configure objects related to compensation such as Workforce compensation and Total comp statements 2) Prepare documents such as functional specifications and configuration workbook 3) Prepare functional test scripts and upload them in desired tools 4) Run CRP , SIT test scripts with screenshots or proofs 5) Work with tech team to provide requirements related to FFs ,reports and interfaces 6) Conduct UAT with the customer and resolve defects in timely manner. Location: Bangalore / Kolkata / Gurgaon only. Resource should be available for F2F Interview in IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting post OB. RTH-Y. Threshold band 8.
