Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant - Manufacturing / Planning (Offshore)

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultants with strong expertise in either Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Planning. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience in MES/PLC integration, and a solid understanding of Inventory and Quality Management modules.This is a functional offshore role, requiring collaboration with cross-regional teams to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud applications across global manufacturing operations.Shift Timings : 4:30 pm to 1:30 am IST or 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Planning solutionsEngage with stakeholders to gather, map, and analyze manufacturing and supply planning processesIntegrate MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) with Oracle Cloud, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) connectivity and automation supportCustomize Oracle Cloud configurations for Inventory and Quality modulesPerform gap analysis, functional design, documentation, and system testingSupport change management, UAT, and end-user training

Key Skills & Experience:Primary Must-Have:Strong functional experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Supply PlanningDeep understanding of manufacturing workflows, work orders, BOMs, routings, etc.Expertise in MES/PLC integration for real-time production tracking

Secondary:Experience with Oracle Inventory and Oracle Quality modulesFamiliarity with discrete and/or process manufacturing industriesAbility to work in a remote, offshore delivery modelExcellent communication and functional documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM / Manufacturing / PlanningExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or automation toolsUnderstanding of communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, etc.) for PLCsBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
