As an Engineer in the Robotics Department, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of robotic systems for various applications. Your primary responsibilities will include on-site robot programming and teaching at customer locations across India, particularly with OEMs. You will be involved in the installation support and commissioning of robotics work cells, ensuring the seamless integration of robots with PLCs and work cells. Your technical expertise will be essential in configuring and interfacing robots with PLCs and other components. Proficiency in industrial robotics, including programming, mastering, setup, configuration, communication, trials, and cycle time optimization, will be key to your success in this role. Your knowledge of popular robot brands such as FANUC, Kawasaki, Yasakawa (Motoman), and Kuka will enable you to work effectively on diverse projects. Additionally, a basic understanding of PLC and HMI programming would be advantageous for this position. You will be required to execute projects on-site throughout India, demonstrating your commitment to quality and efficiency in proving and handing over completed work. This is a full-time position that may involve night shifts and overnight shifts based on project requirements. Willingness to travel extensively is a must for this role, as you will be expected to be on-site for project execution and customer support. The ability to reliably commute to Pune, Maharashtra, or relocate before starting work is necessary. Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant - Manufacturing / Planning (Offshore) Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultants with strong expertise in either Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Planning. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience in MES/PLC integration, and a solid understanding of Inventory and Quality Management modules. This is a functional offshore role, requiring collaboration with cross-regional teams to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud applications across global manufacturing operations. Shift Timings : 4:30 pm to 1:30 am IST or 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST. Work on testing, troubleshooting during testing, also coach operators on testing and troubleshooting. • Define Equipment Requirement Specifications (ERS) for Testing equipment. • Work with Engineering, Manufacturing team, Supplier to finalize on equipment designs. Also interface with sourcing team for procurement of a new equipment. • Work with supplier on equipment development, manufacturing. • Own Equipment FMEA, trials, installation at manufacturing floor. • Own Equipment IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) & PQ (Performance Qualification) as per Quality Management System (QMS) procedures/norms. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in electrical/ electrical and Electronics Engg. / Electronics & Communication Engineering • Sound knowledge of Electromechanical (PLC integration) equipments and its parts for example Servo motor, Encoder systems, NI Hardware’s ,PCB etc. • Hands on experience on Equipment’s, Special Purpose Machines troubleshooting. • Hands on experience on Microsoft office applications • Good communication skills (Oral/Written) • Strong bias for documentation & technical reports • Effective multitasking and ability to deliver on time and with quality. • Ability to work in a team with good Interpersonal skills.
