Job Description

We are looking for an

Oracle Cloud CX Consultant

to help public sector clients design and implement a unified data foundation for Marketing, Sales, and Service departments. The consultant will streamline operations, improve business processes, and enhance customer interactions using Oracle Cloud CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the client s current infrastructure and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
Design and implement Oracle Cloud CX solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Service functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud CX solutions by providing guidance, support, and best practices.
Optimize business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Conduct system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
Provide post-implementation support and recommend enhancements to drive value realization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud CX applications (Marketing, Sales, Service).
Experience in public sector or government projects is preferred.
Ability to assess business processes and implement cloud-based solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data integration, system configuration, and solution optimization.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Oracle certifications in Cloud CX modules.
Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid integration scenarios.
Experience with analytics, dashboards, and reporting within Oracle CX.
