Oracle Application Database Administrator

As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for the following: - Excellent experience in Oracle Cross Platform Migration Techniques, Data Pump, Database Upgrade, and Patch activities. - Installation and Configuration of Oracle Real Application Cluster. - Exceptional expertise in Oracle recovery scenarios, Oracle Data Guard, and ASM. - Performance tuning using Oracle OEM, MOS problem resolution, and Oracle Enterprise Manager administration. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 years of real-time Oracle DBA experience, currently working in the same role. - Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones. - Familiarity with agile methodology. - Proficiency in maintaining distributed Oracle Database System/RAC. - Hands-on experience in all aspects of Oracle implementation such as Installations, Patches, and File systems. - Strong communication and team collaboration skills. - Proficiency in Database administration features of Oracle versions 12c and 19c. - Installation and maintenance of Oracle databases on various platforms. - Experience in sizing large to very large databases and implementing Backup and Restore strategies. - Expertise in Oracle built-in performance tuning parameters and reports (AWR, Statspack, etc.). - Optimization of SQL and Stored Procedures for enhanced performance. - Understanding of User roles and Oracle resource management groups. - Experience with DB2, PL/SQL, and Data Migration projects would be advantageous.
