Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Optometrist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a key role in patient care by performing preliminary eye examinations, assisting in clinical decision-making, and guiding patients for appropriate treatment or surgical interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams including refraction, vision assessment, and binocular vision evaluation.
• Record detailed patient history with focus on ocular and systemic health.
• Perform diagnostic tests (IOP measurement, slit-lamp evaluation, keratometry, etc.).
• Counsel patients on spectacle lenses, contact lenses, and other optical solutions.
• Decide on and perform pupil dilation before specialist examination.
• Assist ophthalmologists in clinical procedures and pre/post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
• Provide guidance on eye health, preventive care, and lifestyle advice.
• Support hospital eye camps and outreach programs if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are welcome; prior clinical experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of refraction, ocular diseases, and diagnostic instruments.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
