Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle patient billing and maintain accurate records in the hospital software. Manage reception duties — greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries. Create and edit basic graphics/posters for social media and in-house promotions (e.g. Canva/CorelDRAW). Maintain daily registers, reports, and cash flow. Coordinate with doctors and lab teams for smooth patient experience. Handle WhatsApp/email communications and basic documentation. Requirements: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Computer Science preferred). Working knowledge of computers and billing software (training will be provided). Familiarity with tools like Canva, MS Word, Excel. Good communication and people-handling skills. Honest, reliable, and willing to learn multiple roles. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Shift: Day shift Evening shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
