Your key responsibilities in this full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad will include: - Conducting clinical research and contributing to research and development programs - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support research initiatives - Collaborating with fellow researchers and clinicians to enhance research outcomes - Performing comprehensive eye exams and electrophysiology tests as part of research protocols - Participating in clinical trials, publications, and reports to disseminate research findings - Maintaining accurate records of research activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong clinical skills in optometry with experience in conducting electrophysiology tests and data analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate research findings - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Proficiency in scientific writing and contributing to research publications - Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of regulatory standards in clinical research - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous The salary for this position will be commensurate with the Institute's guidelines.
