About the Role:

Professor / Assistant Professor in Optometry

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate optometry courses and clinical skills.
Guide students in practical/clinical sessions and research activities.
Develop and update curriculum aligned with current optometric practices.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and student mentoring.
Contribute to institutional growth through research, publications, and community outreach.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Optometry (M.Optom / PhD preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience
in optometry or a related field.
Strong command of clinical concepts and modern optometric practices.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in clinical supervision or patient care.
Research involvement or published work in optometry.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
