Optometrist

As an Optometrist at the eye clinic located in sector 32 D, Chandigarh, you will be responsible for performing refraction (subjective and objective) and retinoscopy efficiently. Your role will involve the utilization of ophthalmic instruments such as autorefractometers, lensometers, NCT, visual fields, OCT, corneal topography, A and B scan, among others. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting refraction tests, including subjective and objective refraction - Performing retinoscopy accurately and effectively - Operating various ophthalmic instruments like autorefractometers, lensometers, NCT, visual fields, OCT, corneal topography, A and B scan Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role for at least 1 year is preferred - Proficient in using a wide range of ophthalmic instruments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction Please note that the job is full-time, and the ability to reliably commute to sector 32 D, Chandigarh, or plan to relocate before starting work is preferred.
