Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist at ASG Eye Hospital located in Sehore. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and managing eye diseases, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing pre- and post-operative care. The Optometrist will work closely with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality care for patients. Additionally, the Optometrist will educate patients on their eye health and provide recommendations for maintaining optimal vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting detailed eye examinations and diagnosing vision-related conditions
• Expertise in prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids
• Knowledge of pre- and post-operative eye care procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and counsel patients
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to providing ethical and patient-centered care
• Professional degree in Optometry; relevant experience in ophthalmology will be an advantage
• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as LASIK systems and high-precision diagnostic tools is preferred
