Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Optical Test Lead with 6-12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore/Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical testing and automation, with expertise in WDM, OpenROADM, Transponder testing, Selenium, Python Scripting, and Robo Framework.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement automated tests for optical systems using Selenium and Python scripting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and execute test cases for optical transponders and other related equipment.
Analyze test results and report defects to the development team.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of optical testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Python scripting.
Familiarity with WDM, OpenROADM, and Transponder testing is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Notice period: Immediate - 30 days.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
