Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to join our team as an Optical Sales Executive & Fitter . This dual-role combines expert salesmanship with hands-on optical fitting skills, ensuring patients receive the best eyewear products and services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the right frames and lenses based on prescription, face shape, and lifestyle. Explain product features (lens types, coatings, frame materials, etc.) clearly and confidently. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue. Maintain excellent customer service and post-sale support. Keep product displays organized and well-stocked. Optical Fitting & Technical Work: Measure and fit frames and lenses according to prescriptions. Use lensometers, PD meters, and other optical tools to ensure accuracy. Adjust and repair spectacles to ensure proper fit and comfort. Ensure lenses are edged, glazed, and mounted accurately. Handle minor repairs and frame adjustments in-house. Inventory & Store Management: Track stock levels, manage inventory, and assist in ordering. Coordinate with vendors for lens and frame supply.
