OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an OPT Recruiter with 2 to 5+ years of experience, your main focus will be on sourcing profiles with at least 10+ years of experience in various domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and recruiting candidates from OPT, Green Card holders, H1s, H1 transfers, and US citizens. - Identifying candidates with 10+ years of experience in both technical and non-technical fields. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for contract and full-time roles. - Engaging with candidates for screening, interviewing, and evaluation. - Collaborating with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and present suitable candidates. - Maintaining detailed candidate databases and ensuring compliance with US immigration laws and client specifications during the recruitment process.
