Job Title: OPT Recruiter / Senior OPT Recruiter Work Location: Hyderabad / Noida Experience: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (US Time Zone) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive OPT Recruiter / Senior OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team based in Hyderabad or Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of recruiting OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US visa candidates for IT contract roles and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, and closing positions efficiently Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting or US IT Staffing. Strong knowledge of US visa categories like OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizens recruitment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with US recruitment processes, employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder). Proven ability to handle multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US EST/PST time zones. Strong interpersonal skills with a client and candidate-centric approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
