Ops Support Specialist C05

The Ops Support Specialist 5 position entails providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, and clients. The primary objective is to offer day-to-day operations support aligned with Citi's operations infrastructure and processes. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, identifying opportunities for value-added products and services, communicating with management on productivity and quality, facilitating training for staff, supporting various products and services, participating in Lean and process improvement projects, and assessing risks in business decisions. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess comprehensive knowledge of the Dispute process, demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, work occasional weekends for Pega releases and COB testing, have working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, analytical and mathematical skills, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
