Ops Support Specialist 5

The Ops Support Specialist 5 role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts. You will act as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, ensuring day-to-day operations support in line with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, supervising escalated issues, and delivering efficient customer service. You will identify opportunities for value-added products and services while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Communication with management on productivity, quality, and MIS indicators is vital, along with facilitating training and assisting in process improvement projects. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comprehensive knowledge of the Dispute process. You must be able to work independently, apply problem-solving skills, and occasionally work weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing. Knowledge of Pega functionality, CoB testing, and Trust Receipts is beneficial, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The educational requirement for this position is a High School diploma or equivalent.
