Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor

As an Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team in delivering operations support services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a small Operation Support team by delegating daily tasks, recommending new work procedures, and ensuring seamless operations - Analyzing Operations information to solve problems and identify and resolve routine operational issues - Identifying hiring needs and ensuring adequate staffing - Serving as a backup for the manager when needed - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision and exercising independence of judgement - Acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members - Managing teams and ensuring exceptional client experience through specific metrics Your qualifications for this role should include: - 2-5 years of related business experience with at least one-year supervisory experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Proactive leadership, motivational skills, organization, and time management skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education requirement: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description gives an overview of your role and responsibilities.
