Ops Sup Analyst 2

As an Ops Sup Analyst 2 at Citi, your role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. You will be responsible for short and long term forecasting analysis, standardized fraud analysis, and developing a working knowledge of business/industry standards and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Perform short and long term forecasting analysis and standardized fraud analysis - Make judgments based on practice and precedence, and work within guidelines, under general supervision - Develop and maintain working knowledge of business/industry standards and practices - Demonstrate fundamental understanding of team interactions in accomplishing objectives - Identify inconsistencies in data or results and exchange information concisely - Impact the business directly through the quality of tasks/services provided - Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets - Analyze Fraud Trends and support organizational objectives in fraud review - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fraud review Qualifications: - Relevant experience of 8+ years in a related role - Knowledge and previous experience in the Investigation and Fraud claims process - Experience in trend analysis and early fraud detection alerts - Extensive knowledge of the Bank's Transactional Processing platforms / Chargeback cycle - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Access - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.,
