Ops Sup Analyst 2

As an Ops Sup Analyst 2 at our company, you will be responsible for providing operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. Your main objective will be to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services aligning with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries, as needed - Execute assigned work, conduct training, monitor team work quality and quantity, and provide necessary feedback - Analyze Operations information to make evaluative judgments and solve problems - Identify and resolve routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures - Minimize/Reduce Operations Loss for the Disputes team - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact-finding questions and following up on open items **Qualifications:** - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and with proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills As an Ops Sup Analyst 2, you are expected to have a Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
