Team Leader - Operations - General Insurance domain - Fiduciary Accounting - London Market

12+ YEARS | PUNE

Insurance Operations Leader

Location: Pune (UK Shift)

Your Future Employer:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage fiduciary accounting and premium operations for London Market insurance portfolios
Ensure compliance with UK regulatory, Lloyds, and client money requirements
Drive SLAs, productivity, quality, and audit readiness across operations
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular reviews and training
Oversee premium collection, allocation, reconciliations, settlements, and unallocated cash
Handle client escalations and engage proactively with UK stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
Monitor workforce metrics including productivity, attrition, and adherence

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream)
12+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in team management
Strong experience in General Insurance
London Market fiduciary / premium accounting (non-claims)
Prior exposure to broker or insurer captive operations preferred
Sound understanding of UK regulatory, audit, and compliance standards
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
