Opportunity Regional Sales Supervisor (Stationery Distribution) in Nashik

Hi We have an opening for Regional Sales Supervisor (Stationery Distribution) in NAshik Location   Company name - Saraswati and Son     Role Summary We are seeking two experienced Regional Sales Supervisors from the stationery industry to lead and expand our dealer and institutional sales network in Delhi NCR and Maharashtra (Nashik-based). The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and managing the sales lifecycle in their designated territory.   JD Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers in the region Drive consistent order generation from B2B clients including schools, colleges, coaching centers, and retailers Conduct regular market visits (minimum 20 per month) for relationship building and order follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and collections Ensure daily and weekly sales reporting using Google Sheets or CRM tools Execute sales schemes, promotions, and sampling programs as per management directives Meet monthly sales and outreach targets set by the management     Candidate Profile Compensation Fixed CTC: Hike on current CTC Incentives: Based on monthly targets (paid separately) TA/DA: Provided as per field visit requirements   Criteria Requirements Experience 3-6 years in stationery sales with focus on dealer/distributor/channel development Industry Must have worked in reputed stationery companies or their distributors (e.g., Navneet, Camlin, Doms, Sundaram, Scholar, Nightingale, Classmate)   Education Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing) Location Based in or familiar with Nashik territory Age Range 28 to 35 years preferred Travel Readiness Mandatory field travel (up to 70% of time) Language English, Hindi (Delhi); Marathi, Hindi (Nashik) Tech Skills Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp-based reporting, or basic CRM   Interested candidate share their cv with current Thanks & Regards, Shubhangi Bhise DirectusHR Services Mumbai 7021684818
